About the role

The company is a well‑established pharmaceutical organization seeking a dynamic Sales Team Lead to drive growth in the UAE market. You will be responsible for expanding the customer base, achieving sales targets, and fostering strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan to increase market presence.
  • Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs.
  • Participate in realistic forecasting, planning, and resource allocation.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a pharmaceutical or medical field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, preferably OTC/Consumer Healthcare in the UAE.
  • Native Hindi speaker.
  • Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and leadership abilities.
