SAP Implementation Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Implementation Manager to lead business readiness and change management activities for a major SAP transformation programme in the UAE. This 12‑month fixed‑term role bridges business operations and technology, ensuring a smooth rollout and user adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate business readiness activities throughout the SAP implementation lifecycle.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the central SAP programme team.
• Gather, validate and prioritize business requirements, aligning them with standard SAP processes.
• Manage local implementation plans, deliverables, dependencies and stakeholder expectations.
• Drive change management, communication, training coordination and user adoption.
• Oversee data readiness, including cleansing, validation and migration preparation.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing, defect resolution and business sign‑offs.
• Lead cut‑over planning, go‑live readiness and post‑implementation hypercare.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SAP implementation, ERP transformation or business change management.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end business processes and operational requirements.
• Hands‑on involvement in UAT, data migration readiness, training coordination, cut‑over or go‑live activities.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, Engineering, Operations or a related discipline.
