About the role
We are seeking an experienced Scaffolding Designer to join our team and deliver safe, efficient scaffolding solutions for construction projects in the UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare detailed scaffolding design drawings, layouts and 3D models using AutoCAD or equivalent software.
- Develop structural calculations for various scaffolding systems and ensure compliance with UAE regulations, international standards and safety requirements.
- Review construction drawings, optimise designs for safety and material usage, and coordinate with project, engineering, construction and HSE teams.
- Provide technical support on site, prepare method statements, risk assessments and maintain design documentation.
Required profile
- Diploma or Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of scaffolding design experience, preferably on UAE construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of scaffolding standards (BS, EN, OSHA, UAE).
Required skills
- AutoCAD proficiency.
- 3D modelling/design software.
- Structural calculations and load assessment for scaffolding systems.
