About the role
We are looking for a friendly and organised receptionist to be the first point of contact for our school community. The role involves welcoming visitors, handling phone calls and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the school.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors, offering refreshments and information.
- Answer, screen and route telephone calls professionally.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and update the school database with pupil contact details.
- Assist the registrar with pupil registration, licensing and documentation required by local regulators.
- Support school marketing, admissions and general clerical tasks for the leadership team.
- Ensure the safety and well‑being of children at all times.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills and strong command of English.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Professional yet approachable demeanor when interacting with pupils, staff and visitors.
- Proactive, flexible and positive attitude.
