Scrub Nurse – Operating Theatre (Full‑time)

About the role

The Scrub Nurse will work on‑site in a high‑tech cosmetic surgery hospital, preparing the operating theatre and supporting surgeons during procedures. This full‑time position ensures a sterile environment and smooth workflow from pre‑operative checks through post‑operative handover.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room, instruments, and equipment according to procedure requirements and infection‑control standards.
• Assist surgeons during cosmetic and related surgeries, maintaining a sterile field and handling instruments.
• Participate in time‑out procedures, perform pre‑operative checks, and monitor stock and supplies.
• Collaborate with surgical, anesthesia, and nursing teams to ensure patient safety and accurate documentation.
• Support post‑operative patient transfer and handover.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Valid DHA license.
• Previous experience as a Scrub Nurse in an operating theatre, preferably in cosmetic, plastic, or related surgical specialties.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in a multicultural environment.
• Commitment to patient safety, infection control, confidentiality, and continuous professional development.
