Seasonal Food & Beverage Service Roles – 2026/27

About the role

Mandarin Oriental Jumeira is seeking enthusiastic hospitality professionals to join its seasonal Food & Beverage team for the 2026/27 season. The roles cover a range of front‑of‑house positions in a luxury ocean‑front resort, running from October 2026 to May 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service as a Waiter/Waitress, Chef de Rang, Hostess, Beach Butler, In‑Room Dining Order Taker or Restaurant Reservation Agent.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and guest interaction throughout the property.
• Coordinate with kitchen and other service teams to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
• Handle guest inquiries, reservations and special requests with professionalism and accuracy.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in Food & Beverage service or reservations within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Availability for the full seasonal period (October 2026 – May 2027).
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages such as Russian, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Arabic or French are desirable.
