Security Consultant

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Security Consultant to support OT Cybersecurity engagements across consulting, engineering, architecture, design, and implementation. The role blends advisory expertise with hands‑on technical delivery, partnering with clients, OT teams, OEMs, and technology vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end OT Cybersecurity engagements, including assessments, strategy, architecture, engineering, design, and implementation.
• Conduct OT cybersecurity maturity assessments, gap analyses, risk assessments, and security reviews for industrial and critical infrastructure environments.
• Design and engineer OT cybersecurity solutions, develop detailed security architectures, network designs, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps.
• Implement and configure OT security technologies such as network segmentation, firewalls, secure remote access, asset visibility, monitoring, and vulnerability management.
• Participate in technical design workshops, system integration, testing, commissioning, and operational handover activities.

Required profile

• 4‑8 years of cybersecurity experience with significant exposure to OT/ICS environments.
• Proven experience delivering OT cybersecurity consulting, engineering, design, and implementation engagements.
• Strong understanding of OT/ICS architectures, industrial networks, communication protocols, and control systems.
• Relevant certifications such as GICSP, ISA/IEC 62443, CISSP, CISM are advantageous.
• Experience in Energy, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Manufacturing, Mining, or other critical infrastructure sectors is preferred.

Required skills

• OT/ICS architecture and industrial network knowledge.
• Network segmentation, firewalls, secure remote access, asset visibility, monitoring, and vulnerability management.
• Design of High‑Level Designs (HLDs) and Low‑Level Designs (LLDs) and security architectures.
• Familiarity with OT cybersecurity standards and frameworks such as IEC 62443, NIST, NERC CIP, ISO 27001/27019.
