Senior Account Manager – Dubai (EMEA)

About the role

Workplace Options (WPO) is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead a portfolio of B2B, third‑party and global clients across the EMEA region. Based in Dubai, the role is hybrid, combining office collaboration with remote work. You will be responsible for retaining existing business and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross‑selling of WPO’s wellbeing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide proactive account management for clients throughout the EMEA region.
• Identify and execute upsell and consultative cross‑sell opportunities to meet annual revenue targets.
• Collaborate closely with operations teams in global service centres and with account managers in the US, Europe and Asia.
• Develop and implement account plans, including portfolio analysis, client contact cycles, retention and expansion activities.
• Deliver utilization reporting, trend analysis and strategic consultation to maximise client value.
• Lead contract renewal and tender processes for assigned accounts.
• Support onboarding of new clients and ongoing initiatives for existing clients.
• Foster strong relationships with internal colleagues across all territories.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior‑level account management or sales within a B2B environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong business relationships across multiple regions.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets through upselling and expansion.
• Comfortable working across global time zones and collaborating with distributed teams.
