Senior Account Manager

About the role

The Senior Account Manager will operate at the crossroads of account management, creator operations, and cross‑functional coordination within a fast‑scaling digital ecosystem. You will strengthen relationships with creators and agencies while driving performance, efficiency, and transparency across account processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve account management workflows to boost communication and operational efficiency.
• Collect and analyse feedback from creators and agencies, turning trends into actionable improvements.
• Maintain high standards of creator performance, including content quality, engagement and promotional consistency.
• Support creator‑driven promotion strategies across multiple social platforms and monitor weekly performance, posting consistency and campaign delivery.
• Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives related to creator tools, analytics and operational systems.
• Unify creator analytics across internal dashboards, reporting tools and data visualisation platforms.
• Oversee payout processes to ensure accuracy, transparency and timely execution.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to enhance creator‑facing tools and workflows.

Required profile

• Strong analytical, operational and interpersonal abilities in a fast‑paced, digital‑first environment.
• Financial literacy and experience with complex workflow management.
• Proficiency in communicating with diverse stakeholders and translating market insights into improvements.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reporting, dashboards).
• Financial operations tools such as 1C.
• Experience with analytics or visualisation systems (e.g., Superset or similar).
