Senior Analyst – Global Urban Mobility (APEMEA)

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Analyst to lead the technical implementation of its Global Urban Mobility solutions across Asia‑Pacific, Middle East and Europe (APEMEA). The role is customer‑facing and works closely with agencies, system integrators and internal product teams to ensure successful deployments and upgrades.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the technical implementation lead for urban mobility deployments and upgrades across APEMEA markets.
• Act as the primary liaison between customers, agencies, system integrators and Mastercard’s internal product and regional teams.
• Coordinate technical requirements, resolve product constraints, and escalate issues for localized market roll‑outs.
• Provide hands‑on support for reporting, deployment readiness, and post‑implementation stabilization.
• Partner with global product and mobility solution teams to ensure consistent application of core capabilities.
• Prioritize implementation and support requests using defined frameworks to balance regional and global needs.
• Identify recurring deployment challenges and contribute to product and process improvements.

Required profile

• Advanced understanding of technical solution implementation, deployment lifecycles, and system integration concepts.
• Proven ability to work directly with customers and external partners in complex, multi‑market environments.
• Strong collaboration skills with internal and external product, engineering, and regional market teams.
• Experience translating technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high delivery standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder updates and reporting.
