Senior Architectural QA/QC Engineer

About the role

The company seeks a Senior Architectural QA/QC Engineer with over 10 years of experience to lead quality assurance and control for architectural and finishing works across multiple projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA/QC procedures, quality plans, ITPs and checklists for architectural works.
• Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with drawings, specifications, method statements and UAE regulations.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, samples and technical submissions for conformity.
• Raise, monitor and close Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors and procurement to resolve quality issues.
• Prepare regular QA/QC reports and maintain accurate quality documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of QA/QC experience in architectural and finishing works, preferably in UAE or GCC projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, local authority requirements and ISO 9001.
• Proven ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications and technical documents.
