Senior Asset Information & EAM Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Asset Information & Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Consultant to support an upcoming infrastructure project. The role involves managing asset information, defining structures, assessing legacy data, and facilitating stakeholder workshops across transport and infrastructure asset classes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and develop asset classification structures, hierarchies, and information models.
• Assess legacy asset data, identify quality issues and transformation requirements.
• Support asset register transformation, data migration and EAM system configuration.
• Develop and maintain GIS‑related asset data models.
• Lead stakeholder workshops with technical, operational and business teams.

Required profile

• 12–15+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 55000 Asset Management standards.
• Hands‑on experience with IBM Maximo and/or Bentley AssetWise.
• Experience in transport or infrastructure environments; Arabic language skills highly preferred.
