Senior Associate – International Taxation

About the role

ATOZ is expanding its international tax practice in Dubai and seeks a Senior Associate to provide corporate tax advisory and manage cross‑border engagements across the UAE, Luxembourg and other jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver international corporate tax advisory services, including cross‑border structuring, tax analysis, compliance and regulatory matters.
• Manage tax engagements from planning through delivery, ensuring quality, timelines and coordination with clients and internal teams.
• Lead client onboarding, relationship management and proactive communication.
• Support business development activities such as networking, client presentations and industry events.
• Contribute to thought leadership through presentations, technical content and market insights.
• Monitor changes in international and local tax legislation and assess client impact.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Law, Economics, Tax or related field.
• 4‑6 years of experience in a Big Four or specialised tax advisory firm focusing on international corporate taxation.
• Strong technical knowledge of international corporate tax and cross‑border matters; experience with UAE or Luxembourg tax is a plus.
• Previous experience in Dubai or the UAE is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, communication and client‑management skills; fluent English, French advantageous.
