Senior Associate Organization Development

About the role

The Senior Associate – Organization Development supports accurate and compliant position management while driving operational efficiency through AI, automation and digital innovation. This role is the custodian of organization and position data within Oracle Fusion and Orgvue, and contributes to Organization Development initiatives across the People & Communications function.

Key responsibilities

• Perform position management transactions in Oracle Fusion, including creating, abolishing, updating positions, reporting lines, job titles and vacancy changes.
• Coordinate with Finance and IT to establish new department and team codes and maintain organizational structures across enterprise systems.
• Maintain data integrity across Oracle Fusion and Orgvue, conduct quality assurance checks, resolve discrepancies and keep audit‑ready documentation.
• Generate recurring and ad‑hoc position management reports, dashboards and presentations using Oracle Fusion, Orgvue, PowerPoint and AI tools.
• Support organization design initiatives by preparing data, analysis and visualisations for leadership decision‑making.
• Document standard operating procedures, templates and governance artefacts to improve consistency and service delivery.
• Design and maintain reusable AI prompts, workflows and agents that automate repetitive tasks while ensuring data confidentiality.
• Identify and implement process simplification, user‑experience improvements and automation opportunities.

Required profile

• UAE national with a minimum of 6 years of experience in HR operations, position management or HRIS.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience using Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale organizational data and deliver accurate reports.
