Senior Audit Associate – TMT Audits

About the role

Audit DXB is looking for a qualified Senior Audit Associate specializing in Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) audits. The position starts on October 1st, 2024, with interviews beginning in June 2024. The role is based in Dubai and reports to a supervisor while supervising junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and finalising TMT audit assignments for Manager/Partner review.
• Produce work for review, address TMT consulting issues and propose solutions.
• Manage client deliverables, including attending meetings and presenting findings.
• Conduct strategic analysis and identify business and audit risks specific to the TMT sector.
• Assess the effectiveness of client processes and controls and perform higher‑risk, non‑routine audit functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in commerce or equivalent.
• Completed at least 9 ACCA papers (F1‑F9) or equivalent CPA/ICAEW qualifications.
• Minimum 2 years postgraduate experience with recent exposure to TMT audits.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (speaking, reading, writing, listening).
