Senior Brand Executive - Retail (Sinyar Management Program)

About the role

As part of the Sinyar Management Program, Al-Futtaim Retail is looking for a Senior Brand Executive. You will support the growth and performance of the brand across stores and markets, working closely with the General Manager, stores, principal and regional teams. The role offers broad exposure across commercial performance, buying and merchandising, store operations, marketing and brand management.

Key responsibilities

• Drive commercial performance by analysing sales, margin, sell-through and stock, preparing trading and performance reports, tracking against budget and following up on improvements.
• Support buying and merchandising: seasonal buying, range planning, Open-to-Buy tracking, order coordination with suppliers and logistics, and allocation, replenishment and inter-store transfers.
• Strengthen brand and store standards through store visits, review of stock presentation and customer service, and follow-up with Store Managers.
• Coordinate local execution of seasonal campaigns, promotions, events, CRM and digital activities, aligned with brand guidelines and market needs, and review campaign performance.
• Build relationships with principal and internal stakeholders, coordinate information and approvals between teams, and represent the brand in meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Retail, Brand Management, Buying & Merchandising or Marketing.
• Strong commercial understanding of sales, margin and stock KPIs.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Good analytical skills with strong Excel and Microsoft Office capability.
• Understanding of store operations and visual merchandising.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
