Senior Business Analyst (BI Delivery)

About the role

A Dubai-based retail operator managing several consumer brands across the region is hiring a Senior Business Analyst (BI Delivery) on an on-site, full-time permanent basis. • Handle reporting requests from many business units, prioritise them and keep technical teams focused on high-impact work.
• Audit existing reporting suites to remove redundant, slow or unused dashboards and standardise key metrics across business units.
• Coach analytics and BI leads on technical design, query optimisation and structured problem solving.

Required profile

• 8+ years in business intelligence, commercial reporting or analytics delivery in fast-paced, multi-product digital environments.
• 2-4+ years managing analysts or technical leads, with a track record of managing expectations and partnering with senior executives.

Required skills

• Strong SQL skills.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms.
• Solid grasp of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar.
• Clear understanding of digital performance and funnel metrics.
