About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager with a strong background in Forex/CFD sales to drive revenue growth, expand strategic partnerships, and support regional business development.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition across retail, institutional, and IB channels.
  • Develop and manage high‑value IBs, partners, and affiliates to generate consistent deposits and trading volume.
  • Build strategic relationships with key clients and partners and mentor junior sales staff where required.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies while achieving ambitious monthly and quarterly targets.

Required profile

  • Minimum 4 years of Forex/CFD business development experience with a proven history of generating strong net deposits and revenue.
  • Established book of clients and active IB network; must be based in or willing to relocate to Dubai.

Required skills

  • Strong understanding of MT4 and MT5 platforms.
  • Experience with CRM systems and brokerage operations.
