Senior Business Development Manager FX - Dubai

About the role

A leading company in the Forex industry is looking for a results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to join its FX team in Dubai. The role is central to growing the company's market presence and building strategic partnerships in the foreign exchange sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to grow the business and meet organisational objectives in the Dubai Forex market.
• Identify, establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, partners and key industry stakeholders.
• Explore new business opportunities and markets to increase market share in the Forex sector.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams so that business development strategies match market trends and customer needs.
• Analyse market trends, competition and data to produce reports supporting strategy and forecasts.
• Work with marketing teams on campaigns and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai's regulatory standards and company policies.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in business development within the Forex or financial services industry, especially in Dubai.
• Deep understanding of Forex market dynamics and trends in the Dubai region.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently in a team.
