About the role

Caocao Mobility, a provider of innovative mobility solutions focused on sustainable urban transportation, is hiring a Senior Business Development Manager in Dubai. The role leads business development strategy, manages a team and drives growth through new partnerships and market opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth and expand market presence.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships and collaborations.
• Lead and manage the business development team, guiding them toward their targets.
• Conduct market research and analysis to spot trends and expansion opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and industry leaders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams so business development strategies align across the organisation.
• Prepare and present business proposals, reports and presentations to senior management and potential partners.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives and adjust them as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development with a proven track record of success.
• Experience managing and developing teams.
• Experience in the mobility or transportation industry is highly desirable.
