Senior Civil Engineer – Infrastructure (Ras Al Khaimah)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead the delivery of infrastructure works for the Al Raha Island development in Ras Al Khaimah. The role involves supervising construction of roads, utilities, drainage, sewerage and water supply systems, ensuring they meet project specifications, quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise on‑site execution of all infrastructure works and monitor contractor performance.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements and quality standards.
• Review and comment on shop drawings, material submittals, method statements and RFIs.
• Coordinate with the Resident Engineer, inspectors, utility authorities and the client to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Track project progress, identify potential delays or technical issues and propose practical solutions.
• Guarantee that all activities adhere to health, safety, environmental and local authority regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in civil engineering, specifically in infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction supervision and contract administration.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
