Senior Construction Manager

About the role

Arada is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead the delivery of residential and mixed‑use development projects. The role oversees the full construction lifecycle, ensuring projects meet time, budget, and quality targets while aligning with the company’s vision for world‑class developments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all construction activities from inception to completion, coordinating with project teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor quality, safety, and regulatory compliance through regular site inspections and corrective actions.
• Control project budgets, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and ensure financial efficiency.
• Review and align detailed construction schedules, track progress, and implement corrective measures for delays.
• Lead and mentor site teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration across all participants.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of construction management experience on residential and mixed‑use projects, preferably in the UAE or GCC.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management software such as Primavera and MS Project.
• In‑depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
