Senior Construction Manager

About the role

Worley seeks a Senior Construction Manager to lead the PMC construction teams, ensuring safe, on‑time, and on‑budget delivery of large‑scale oil & gas EPC projects in the GCC region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all construction activities, overseeing engineers, supervisors and contractors from FEED through EPC completion.
• Ensure HSSE and quality standards are met, manage permits to work, and approve mechanical completion and commissioning certificates.
• Monitor resource allocation, equipment delivery, and progress against the project schedule, reporting delays and corrective actions.
• Review and approve contractor procedures, method statements, fabrication drawings and constructability inputs.
• Evaluate EPC contractor claims, change orders and schedule extensions, and approve progress payments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 20+ years of FEED/EPC execution in oil & gas or petrochemical, including at least 5 years on mega projects (> $1 bn) in the GCC.
• Proven experience managing large construction teams and delivering brown‑field projects.
• Strong knowledge of ADNOC project requirements and licensing processes.
