Senior Consultant – AI Transformation & Strategy

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing boutique management consultancy with offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, is expanding its AI Transformation and Data Center advisory practice. The Senior Consultant will lead high‑impact engagements for large organisations across telecom, technology, government, banking, real estate and energy in the UAE and wider GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end AI transformation projects, from readiness assessments to implementation governance and scaling.
• Advise on data‑center and digital‑infrastructure strategy, including site planning, capacity sizing, vendor selection and investment cases.
• Develop AI adoption roadmaps aligned with commercial objectives and regional governance, data‑residency and compliance frameworks.
• Produce business cases, operating models and target architectures for enterprise‑scale AI and infrastructure programmes.
• Manage workstreams, mentor junior consultants and own day‑to‑day client relationships.
• Contribute to practice development, thought leadership and business development activities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, technology advisory or a related field with a focus on AI, digital transformation or data‑center infrastructure.
• Proven track record delivering complex transformation programmes for large enterprises or government entities.
• Strong understanding of AI strategy, governance and implementation, or data‑center/cloud infrastructure advisory.
• Excellent client‑facing, structuring and communication skills.
• Familiarity with the UAE/GCC market and its regulatory and data‑governance landscape is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to be based in the UAE (relocation supported for the right candidate).
