Senior Consultant - Growth & Innovation

About the role

Sia is looking for a Senior Consultant to join its Growth & Innovation team in Abu Dhabi. You will help design, manage and deliver transformation projects that drive sustainable growth for public and private sector clients across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project engagements, ensuring delivery against agreed outcomes.
• Develop and implement innovation strategies, design thinking workshops, and open‑innovation methodologies.
• Monitor progress, manage timelines (including Gantt charts) and report status to partners.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to scout emerging technologies and protect intellectual property.
• Support business development by contributing to proposals and thought‑leadership content.

Required profile

• Minimum 48 months (4 years) of consulting or project‑management experience.
• Proven ability to work independently and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with a focus on delivering measurable impact.
