Senior Contracts Management Officer – UAE National

About the role

The organization is seeking a senior‑level Contracts Management Officer to oversee the full contract lifecycle for its UAE operations. The role will focus on drafting, reviewing, and administering contracts while ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements. The incumbent will work closely with legal, procurement, finance and business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and administer contracts, amendments and service agreements.
• Monitor contract performance, deliverables, milestones and renewal dates.
• Support tendering, procurement and vendor contract activities.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms, company policies and governance requirements.
• Identify contractual risks and escalate issues for resolution.
• Coordinate with Legal, Procurement, Finance and business stakeholders on contract‑related matters.
• Maintain contract documentation, records and contract management systems.
• Assist with contract negotiations, claims, disputes and contract close‑out activities.
• Prepare contract status reports, dashboards and management updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Procurement, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management, procurement processes and commercial terms.
• Experience reviewing and managing vendor, service, consultancy or project contracts.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ERP or Contract Management Systems.
