Senior Customer Experience Consultant

About the role

As a Senior Customer Experience Consultant you will onboard new customers onto Maersk’s standard processes and digital platform, establishing a solid foundation for long‑term partnerships. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring a seamless end‑to‑end shipment experience and driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard customers to standard operating procedures (SOP) and internal operating procedures (IOP).
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet customer‑specific requirements.
• Execute transactional activities and manage the full shipment cycle through cross‑functional collaboration.
• Handle routine exceptions independently and manage first‑level operational escalations.
• Provide proactive insights on service disruptions and support business continuity planning.
• Conduct monthly business reviews, identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities, and reinforce contract fulfillment.
• Partner with customers on strategic projects that deliver tangible business outcomes.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of relevant experience in customer experience or logistics.
• UAE nationality (as specified in the posting).
• Strong ownership mindset and advanced customer orientation.
• Effective communication and problem‑solving abilities.
