Senior Data Analyst

About the role

Bybit is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to drive insights for its VIP user program and Earn product suite. You will work closely with product, marketing, and finance teams to turn complex data into actionable strategies that boost user growth and monetisation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse VIP user behaviour across the lifecycle, including tier qualification, upgrades/downgrades, engagement, trading activity and churn signals.
• Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports tracking VIP program performance, Earn product metrics and key user health indicators.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses on Earn product performance, covering subscription/redemption flows, yield trends, asset allocation and retention.
• Identify high‑value user segments, model LTV and provide data‑driven recommendations for VIP tier design and benefits optimisation.
• Monitor data quality and resolve metric discrepancies across VIP and Earn systems.
• Support ad‑hoc data requests, A/B test analysis and impact assessments for new features and campaigns.
• Develop and maintain data models and ETL pipelines for VIP and Earn‑related datasets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to define metrics, align data definitions and standardise reporting.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence or a related analytical role.
• Background in financial products, wealth management, membership/loyalty programmes or fintech.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and across different time zones.
