About the role
The Senior Engineer, Reliability will lead the development and implementation of Reliability Management Systems and support Reliability Centred Maintenance activities for the Asab site.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a structured, multi‑discipline Reliability Management System.
- Coordinate Reliability Centred Maintenance and Instrument Protective Function analyses to optimise maintenance strategies.
- Introduce and facilitate Root Cause Analysis techniques for equipment failure investigations.
- Establish a reliability, availability and integrity threats database on the shared server.
- Collaborate with Maintenance Section Heads to create improvement plans and engineering solutions.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
