Senior Executive – Vendor Management

About the role

The Senior Executive – Vendor Management will lead vendor relationships and procurement processes for the Beauty category, ensuring timely delivery, compliance, and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with beauty vendors, monitor performance, and manage onboarding and compliance.
• Raise and manage Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders, track open POs, and ensure accurate procurement records.
• Act as primary liaison between the Beauty team, vendors, finance, merchandising and logistics to align timelines and resolve issues.
• Prepare regular procurement reports, vendor performance summaries and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Retail Management or related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in procurement, vendor management or operations within retail or beauty.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, resolve supply chain issues and work cross‑functionally.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP/procurement platforms such as SAP or Oracle.
