Senior Financial Controller – Dubai

About the role

The Senior Financial Controller will lead the finance function for an industrial and manufacturing organisation in Dubai, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance and strategic financial insight.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse financial statements and management reports.
• Lead a finance team of 10+ professionals.
• Oversee multi‑entity and group consolidation processes.
• Develop, manage and monitor budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations and international standards.
• Maintain and enhance internal controls and financial policies.
• Provide data‑driven insights to support strategic decision‑making.
• Coordinate audit activities and manage relationships with external auditors.
• Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• A degree in accounting, finance or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in accounting and finance within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
• Proven track record managing multi‑entity operations across the UAE, Africa and other territories.
• Experience leading large finance teams.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA or equivalent are advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
