Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (Infrastructure)

About the role

A well-established organization in the infrastructure sector, represented by Black Pearl Consult, is looking for an experienced Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Specialist in Dubai. The role reports directly to the CFO and supports large-scale development projects through financial strategy, performance tracking and capital planning.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, financial forecasting and long-term strategic planning aligned with infrastructure development goals.
• Develop financial models for project viability, cost-benefit analysis and scenario planning for capital-intensive projects.
• Deliver financial analysis and business insights to executive leadership.
• Track performance against forecasts and budgets, investigate variances and recommend actions.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management and operations teams on financial alignment.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards and commentaries for board meetings and senior management reviews.
• Maintain data integrity in ERP and reporting systems.
• Support funding and capital planning for new developments, expansions and upgrades.
• Improve FP&A tools, systems and reporting processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; MBA or professional certifications (CFA, CPA, ACCA) highly desirable.
• At least 7 years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally in infrastructure, real estate or capital projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, forecasting and project evaluation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to explain complex financial data to non-finance audiences.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.
• Data visualization or business intelligence tools.
