Senior Full Stack Engineer – Digital Banking & API Platform

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to drive the development of our Digital Banking and API Platform initiatives. The role involves building high‑performance, scalable enterprise applications using modern React and Node.js technologies while collaborating with cross‑functional Agile teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack enterprise applications with React.js, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Create reusable, testable frontend components and ensure responsive UI using Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, and Material UI.
• Build and expose scalable RESTful APIs and microservices, leveraging Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in architecture discussions, technical design decisions, and automation of build‑and‑deployment processes.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize both frontend and backend services.
• Collaborate with product owners, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding, security, testing, and documentation standards.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience with React.js and TypeScript.
• Proven experience building enterprise‑grade Node.js services and REST APIs.
• Strong background in Agile Scrum environments.
• Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members.
