Senior Full Stack Engineer – Generative & Agentic AI (MLOps & FinOps)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and deploy cutting‑edge Generative and Agentic AI solutions for our banking clients in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on end‑to‑end AI architecture, MLOps, and FinOps to deliver scalable, cost‑efficient systems.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement AI/ML solutions using large language models such as GPT, Claude and Gemini.
• Develop and optimise transformer, embedding and prompting models.
• Build and maintain vector databases for enterprise‑grade retrieval.
• Deploy and orchestrate workloads with Kubernetes, Docker and other container platforms.
• Integrate APIs to ensure seamless interoperability across on‑premise and cloud systems.
• Implement MLOps pipelines and FinOps practices for lifecycle management and cost optimisation.
• Conduct model evaluation, benchmarking and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed AI capabilities into banking applications.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in full‑stack AI engineering.
• Strong background in designing scalable AI solutions for enterprise environments.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud‑based and on‑premise deployments.
• Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
