Senior Full‑Stack Engineer (AI Agent Platforms)

About the role

Join a leading UAE sovereign AI company to build the front‑end and back‑end of an AI workforce for a flagship defence transformation programme. You will own end‑to‑end delivery of secure, production‑grade applications in an on‑premise environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop React/Next.js interfaces with streaming LLM responses, rich citations and interactive widgets.
• Design and implement the “agent of agents” backend layer that coordinates specialised finance and operations agents, handling state, routing and errors.
• Create deterministic task‑router services and frontend state management that map user prompts to defined skills and playbooks.
• Build a secure Data Access Layer for SAP integration and expose data through dynamic dashboards.
• Implement RAG back‑ends over vector databases (Weaviate) and develop search UIs for internal knowledge.
• Develop connectors to third‑party market and supplier data for supply‑chain risk scoring.
• Ensure full‑stack security: authentication, RBAC, data redaction, XSS and CSRF protection.
• Package and deploy secure on‑premise bundles, optimise for constrained infrastructure and maintain observability across the stack.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑stack engineering experience delivering production ML/AI applications.
• Proven track record on mission‑critical, auditable systems in fintech, healthcare or defence.
• Experience shipping Agile sprints that pass rigorous Stage‑Gate and systems‑engineering reviews.

Required skills

• TypeScript/JavaScript, React, Next.js, complex state management, WebSockets/SSE.
• Python (FastAPI/Django) and optionally Node.js, Go or Java for high‑performance services.
• REST and gRPC API design, API gateways (Kong, NGINX).
• PostgreSQL, vector databases (Weaviate, Milvus).
• Docker, Kubernetes in on‑premise environments.
• Secure integration with SAP (OData, SOAP) and enterprise authentication/RBAC.
