About the role

We are looking for a visionary Senior Graphic & AI Design Specialist to lead creative asset production across global web, email, and product marketing channels. Based in Dubai, you will combine elite visual artistry with cutting‑edge AI automation to build intelligent pipelines, generative workflows, and scalable design systems for multiple international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive day‑to‑day design operations, creating high‑conversion web banners, product visuals, promotional graphics, and dynamic campaign assets.
• Design modular, localized, and reusable creative systems that enable rapid scaling across markets.
• Engineer, refine, and manage AI‑assisted production workflows for complex background compositions and marketing imagery.
• Integrate AI‑generated assets seamlessly with traditional Adobe Creative Suite master workflows.
• Partner with front‑end developers and AI engineers to deliver modern UI/UX updates and component‑driven designs in Figma.
• Translate creative vision into clear technical hand‑offs, tickets, and implementation guidelines.
• Collaborate with CRM and email marketing teams to produce high‑performance visual assets for seasonal promotions.
• Mentor junior designers, establishing gold‑standard workflows and quality benchmarks.

Required profile

• 5+ years of digital graphic design experience in fast‑paced, high‑growth commercial environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver scalable design solutions.
• Strong process‑driven mindset with a passion for AI‑enhanced creativity.

Required skills

• Expert‑level proficiency in Figma.
• Advanced skills with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
