Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

Analog is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who owns the visual expression of the brand across everything the world sees. The role works directly with the founders, shapes the aesthetic language of Physical Intelligence and makes design decisions that hold at the scale of a keynote stage and the resolution of a notification icon. It is described as a creative leadership role without a formal title.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the brand's world into a living visual system: typography, colour, composition, iconography and motion principles, writing the brand guidelines rather than maintaining them.
• Lead design execution across brand and marketing touchpoints: campaign visuals, keynote decks, event identity, social content, product launches, investor materials and partner communications.
• Design with and around the brand character Ana, building 2D systems such as illustrated environments, graphic frameworks and editorial treatments.
• Ensure every design decision is traceable to what the company builds and who it is for, and that the work survives close scrutiny.

Required profile

• 6 to 10 years of graphic design experience with a portfolio showing a consistent point of view.
• Proven ability to build and extend visual systems, not just execute within them.
• Nice to have: motion design or art direction experience, background in technology, robotics or science brands, familiarity with AI image and video generation tools, and Arabic literacy or experience with bilingual brand contexts.

Required skills

• Mastery of typography.
• Deep proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Experience designing for digital and physical formats, including large-scale projection.
