Senior Graphic Designer (Luxury Hospitality)

About the role

Jumeirah, a global luxury hospitality brand, is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to create high‑quality visual assets for its portfolio of signature restaurants. The role will support marketing, creative, content and social teams, ensuring all designs meet the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create polished visual assets for restaurant campaigns, activations and guest‑facing materials across print, digital, social, menus and on‑property touchpoints.
• Translate creative briefs into high‑quality design outputs while respecting each outlet’s individual identity.
• Prepare artwork, layouts and production‑ready files with strong attention to detail, colour, typography and finishing requirements.
• Maintain organized design files, templates and assets to ensure efficient delivery and consistent visual standards.
• Support timely design delivery for campaigns, launches and trading moments in collaboration with Marketing, Creative & Content and Social teams.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in graphic, visual or creative production, preferably within hospitality, luxury, lifestyle or agency environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design craft across print, digital, social and brand‑led materials.
• Detail‑oriented, responsive and collaborative with the ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and relevant design tools.
• Strong layout, typography and artwork preparation skills.
