About the role
The Senior Guest Experience & Manifest professional will coordinate parachutists and tandem passengers, ensure smooth aircraft loading, and deliver exceptional customer service at Skydive Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Perform Manifest Level II checks for all tandem customers and licensed skydivers, verifying waivers, identification, and jump prerequisites.
- Collect and record customer information, manage licenses, insurance, and logbooks, and input payments into the JumpRun system.
- Handle cash drawer accountability, reconcile at day‑end, and run accounting reports.
- Assist customers with reservations, modifications, VIP bookings, and refunds, communicating with finance as needed.
- Schedule daily aircraft loads, ensure weight‑balance compliance, and coordinate with pilots.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience working in a skydiving manifest office.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple documentation processes.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience using JumpRun or similar booking and manifest software.
