Senior HCM Portfolio Lead/Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HCM Portfolio Lead/Manager to own the strategy, delivery, and operational performance of an enterprise HCM technology portfolio. You will partner with senior HR leaders to shape roadmaps and ensure seamless delivery across the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Chief P&O leadership to define the annual HCM technology roadmap, priorities, investment needs and outcomes.
• Lead the portfolio across programmes, projects, enhancements, integrations and Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM releases, overseeing design, testing, deployment and transition to support.
• Govern demand management, risk, dependencies and benefits realization while ensuring compliance, data quality and security.
• Accountable for live HCM service health, incident management, release readiness and continuous improvement.
• Lead and motivate HCM technology teams, manage vendors and provide executive reporting on progress, risks and benefits.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience in HCM technology, ERP delivery or portfolio management within a complex, multi‑entity organisation.
• Proven experience leading large‑scale HCM transformations and managing cross‑functional teams, budgets and senior stakeholder expectations.
• Strong decision‑making and executive communication skills with the ability to translate ambiguous business needs into practical technology plans.
