About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a seasoned Senior HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor for the Global Sales Organisation. This hybrid role blends high‑level business insight with hands‑on talent strategy execution, helping the company stay resilient and adaptable.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR insights that align people priorities with overall business strategy.
• Develop and communicate functional policies using data‑driven storytelling.
• Serve as the primary liaison between regional leadership, central HR, and Centres of Excellence.
• Refine and optimise HR service delivery for efficiency and simplification.
• Diagnose organisational challenges and design talent initiatives that support rapid growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of HR experience, preferably in a global, matrixed environment.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and drive strategic change.
• Strong business acumen and experience with talent strategy execution.
• Deep knowledge of labour and employment laws across regions.
