Senior HR Coordinator

About the role

The Senior HR Coordinator at New Royal Medical and Dental Center supports management and both medical and non‑medical staff with day‑to‑day HR operations. The role ensures strict compliance with local healthcare licensing, visa processes, and employee relations while contributing to a positive organisational culture.

Key responsibilities

• Verify employee files and ensure compliance with MOHAP and MOHRE regulations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of medical licenses, CME requirements, BLS cards and vaccinations, and coordinate timely renewals.
• Ensure all HR workflows adhere to the latest UAE Labour Laws and are audit‑ready.
• Oversee onboarding, documentation, orientation, medical licensing and Dataflow verification for new hires.
• Liaise with PRO/government teams for visa processing, labour contracts and Emirates ID formalities.
• Manage Emiratization initiatives via the Nafis portal, monitor quota compliance and support UAE national employees with subsidy claims.
• Prepare HR executive reports, conduct engagement surveys and support retention and organisational development projects.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of UAE labour legislation and healthcare regulatory bodies (MOHAP, MOHRE).
• Experience handling credential verification and renewal for medical staff.
• Familiarity with visa processing, Emirates ID formalities and Dataflow verification.
• Understanding of Emiratization targets, quota management and the Nafis recruitment platform.
