About the role
The Senior Human Resources Specialist will lead recruitment and talent acquisition for a Federal Government Entity in the UAE, ensuring timely attraction of qualified talent and supporting a compliant, positive work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from request to onboarding, including job ads, CV screening, interviews and offer preparation.
- Maintain confidential recruitment databases and ensure accurate employee files.
- Handle employee relations matters, grievances and support disciplinary and compliance procedures.
- Prepare periodic HR and recruitment reports and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Draft HR policies, procedures and internal communications.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE.
- Native or bilingual Arabic proficiency.
- Experience with the Bayanati system and UAE government HR transactions.
