Senior Information Technology Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Information Technology Officer to lead the Group’s IT operations. This hands‑on position will manage the entire IT environment, ensuring security, availability and reliability of systems, networks, devices and data across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 suite, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Entra ID.
• Oversee network infrastructure, VPN, QNAP NAS, Windows endpoints, backup solutions and security controls.
• Support and continuously improve Odoo ERP, including user management and configuration.
• Lead SharePoint implementation and file‑migration projects.
• Provide technical support to users across the Group and supervise the IT support team.
• Manage relationships with IT vendors, licences and subscription renewals.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT infrastructure in a small‑to‑medium organisation.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Preferred experience with QNAP NAS administration, SharePoint migrations and UAE data‑protection regulations.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft/Azure, networking or security are a plus.
