Senior IT Specialist

About the role

As a core pillar of the Digital Transformation division, the Senior IT Specialist will bridge enterprise IT operations, data architecture, and business process automation. The role ensures high availability for daily MEA IT services while driving advanced data analytics and AI initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain cloud‑based data pipelines and warehousing solutions for business intelligence.
• Evaluate and implement AI and Large Language Model frameworks to automate workflows.
• Develop scripts and PowerBI dashboards to reduce manual reporting.
• Serve as the primary on‑site escalation point for IT infrastructure, guaranteeing 99.9% availability.
• Manage the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID) and enforce cybersecurity controls.
• Oversee hardware troubleshooting, Wi‑Fi stability, CCTV, access control and AV projects.
• Coordinate IT onboarding, offboarding and asset lifecycle with HR.
• Support Microsoft Dynamics 365, handling access requests, financial dimensions and role‑based security.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of relevant IT experience.
• Strong background in both infrastructure support and data engineering.
• Ability to work on‑site and act as escalation authority.
