Senior Legal Counsel – EMEA (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

Insight is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join its EMEA Legal function based in Abu Dhabi. This senior, high‑impact position provides strategic legal support across multiple jurisdictions, working closely with senior stakeholders in Sales, HR, Finance, Operations, and leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely, commercially focused legal advice across all business areas.
• Act as subject‑matter expert on laws and regulations affecting Insight’s EMEA operations, including GDPR.
• Draft, review, and negotiate technology, cloud, reseller, distributor, and services agreements.
• Support contract governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives.
• Manage disputes, litigation, and investigations, and lead complex legal projects.
• Mentor junior legal team members and promote knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Minimum 8‑10 years of experience in corporate, commercial, and regulatory law.
• Proven ability to advise senior executives and influence decision‑making.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience in multi‑jurisdictional environments.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex legal concepts for non‑legal audiences.
