Senior Legal Counsel

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join a publicly listed, fast‑growing organisation operating at the intersection of digital infrastructure, high‑performance computing and next‑generation energy solutions. The role will act as a strategic legal partner, supporting ambitious expansion and innovative projects across multiple business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and advise on commercial, corporate and transactional agreements including SPAs, shareholder, joint‑venture and investment agreements.
• Lead M&A transactions from structuring and due diligence through to closing, managing external counsel as required.
• Provide legal support to operations, procurement, HR, finance and corporate governance teams.
• Advise on data‑centre and infrastructure projects, covering development, construction and service‑level agreements.
• Identify risks and deliver practical, commercially viable legal solutions aligned with business objectives.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with 10–15 years post‑qualification experience, preferably from a reputable law firm or in‑house high‑growth environment.
• Proven drafting and negotiation skills in corporate, commercial and M&A contexts.
• Strong attention to detail, commercial mindset and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communicator capable of engaging senior stakeholders.
