Senior Logistics Assistant

About the role

Danlesco Group is seeking a Senior Logistics Assistant to support end‑to‑end logistics operations across its product lines. Based on‑site in Dubai, the role ensures smooth inventory monitoring, stock reconciliation and coordination of shipments from the Hamriyah Free Zone warehouse.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily inventory levels, perform stock reconciliation and oversee warehouse operations.
• Process purchase orders, track deliveries and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders and internal teams.
• Maintain logistics documentation, ensure compliance with company procedures and resolve delivery issues.
• Collaborate with sales, service and customer support teams to guarantee timely order fulfillment throughout the Middle East.

Required profile

• Strong logistics management experience, including shipment coordination and documentation handling.
• Proven inventory management skills with experience in stock control and warehouse oversight.
• Excellent customer service orientation and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP or inventory management systems.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic and Middle East market experience are a plus.
