Senior Manager – Assortment

About the role

The Senior Manager – Assortment will own the strategy, performance assessment and continuous optimisation of Tmart’s product assortment across all operating markets. This regional role directly influences customer acquisition, retention, basket size and overall profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute assortment strategies to close gaps, boost conversion and increase average basket value.
• Analyse customer behaviour, sales trends and category performance to identify opportunities.
• Monitor the performance of newly listed SKUs and recommend country‑specific actions.
• Lead rationalisation initiatives to improve inventory efficiency and reduce redundancy.
• Develop liquidation plans for discontinued or slow‑moving stock.
• Collaborate with local commercial heads, category managers and country teams to align priorities.
• Partner with central teams to roll out regional assortment frameworks and best practices.
• Assess the financial impact of assortment decisions on P&L, cash flow and profitability.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading assortment or category management functions in a multi‑country e‑commerce environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to drive alignment across diverse teams.
• Track record of delivering measurable improvements in basket size, conversion and retention.
