Senior Manager Business Operations

About the role

This senior position sits at the intersection of account services, business operations, data and technology, driving smarter decision‑making and operational consistency across the agency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage agency software platforms including Global CRM, Workamajig, PowerBI and SAP, ensuring accurate data capture and reporting.
• Create custom reports and dashboards, translate complex business and financial data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Support account leads in meetings, project reviews, client negotiations and present quarterly results to agency leadership.
• Identify system errors, recommend improvements, and lead change‑management initiatives across functional areas.
• Manage personnel: goal setting, regular check‑ins, performance evaluations and development planning.

Required profile

• College degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting or Finance.
• 8‑10 years of combined analytical and account‑services experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and communication skills; ability to work across global time zones.

Required skills

• Expertise with Workamajig, CRM systems, PowerBI, SAP.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Data visualization tools (PowerBI or Tableau).
